From F or G Subway
Take the F or G train to Carroll Street. When you exit the station, you will be at the corner of Second Place & Smith Street-- walk west on Second Place three blocks to Henry Street. Turn left on Henry Street and walk two blocks. Turn right onto Coles Street and walk over the bridge. Take a sharp left turn onto Hamilton Avenue and shortly thereafter a slight left turn onto Luquer Street, which will turn into Commerce Avenue if you continue straight. We are at 54 Commerce on the right side of the street.
Driving
From the Lincoln Tunnel
Take Exit 26 and head on the ramp right and follow signs for Hamilton Ave. Bear Left onto Hamilton Ave toward Moore M Cormack 23 St Terminal. Turn right onto W 9th St. Turn right onto Columbia St. Turn left onto Seabring St. Turn left onto Van Brunt St, then immediately turn left onto Commerce St. Arrive at 54 Commerce St on the left.
From the Brooklyn Bridge
Use the right lane to take the exit toward the BQE. Merge onto Cadman Plaza West. Continue onto Old Fulton St which turns slightly left and becomes Furman St. Turn left onto Atlantic Ave. Turn right onto Columbia St. Turn right onto Degraw St which turns left and becomes Van Brunt St. Turn left onto Commerce St. Arrive at 54 Commerce St on the left.
From Manhattan Bridge
Take the ramp on the right for 1-278 and head toward BQE. Keep straight to get onto Jay St. Turn right onto Sands St. Take the ramp on the right for the I-271 West and head toward Staten Island. At Exit 26, head right on the ramp for Hamilton Ave toward Battery Tunnel/Manhattan. Bear left onto Hamilton Ave toward Moore M Cormack 23 St Terminal. Turn right onto W 9th St. Turn right onto Columbia St. Turn left onto Seabring St. Turn left onto Van Brunt St, then immediately turn left onto Commerce St. Arrive at 54 Commerce St on the left.
